  • Private equity value creation focused on driving value at each of the key decision points throughout the investment life cycle – from due diligence through exit.

 

  • Rebranding the Transactions and Turnaround practice as Value360, we brought together a fully integrated suite of services to drive value in circumstances involving a transaction, significant change, or business disruption.

Building competitive advantage through ESG

A shift is under way from “nice to have” to “must have” from businesses when it comes to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies and programs.

 

In 2022, we launched new ESG-focused services designed to help organizations leverage ESG as a competitive differentiator, helping them assess their ESG risk profile, establish or strengthen programs that manage ESG risk, and develop processes to communicate ESG information to stakeholders.
